Aurelie and Aditya – A Lady, a Gentleman and a Palace Wedding
Aurelie and Aditya’s big fat destination wedding took place in Neemrana, a fort palace nestled in the belly of a hill in Rajasthan.
The sun sparkled, the sky adorned the perfect shade of blue and the weather was as pleasant as the view. Everything about the wedding was perfect.
Aurelie made a perfect Indian bride. She fit the role so beautifully and performed each and every ritual with absolute ease. Aditya, a complete gentleman who would wait for Aurelie patiently while she got ready, wipe her tears when she was teary eyed and take care of her every need.
While the men sported colourful pagdis and sherwanis, the ladies sashayed through the palace looking elegant in sarees.
It was such a beautiful sight to see Aurelie’s parents, sister and aunt all set in their Indian ensembles to greet the baraatis with garlands and thalis in their hands. Also a special mention about the groom’s mother who is a charming lady and a beautiful person. She was the lady behind getting everything together and that too from Singapore.
While the heartfelt speeches given by the parents, bridesmaid and the best man touched everyone’s hearts, sending off the heavenly lanterns made their hearts jump with joy.
